Malm is Executive Chairman of NIBCO INC., headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana.  Malm joined NIBCO in 1996 as Vice President - International and served in a variety of leadership positions including Senior Vice President - Supply Chain; Vice President and General Manager of TOLCO®, a subsidiary of NIBCO INC; and Vice President - International and Business Development. He held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2018, was elected to the NIBCO INC. Board of Directors in 2012. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2018 and promoted to his current position in 2024. Prior to joining NIBCO, Malm worked at Kohler Company where he held various key executive management positions including Vice President - International Development; President - Kohler Europe; President - Jacob Delafon; and Director - International Marketing. During his career at Kohler, Malm led the acquisition and integration of five European companies into Kohler Company.
